Sounds interesting. There seems to be a rise in the number of documentary movies being made which is a good thing IMHO.

However(!) need to be very cautious of most of them because they are not subject to editorial impartiality or accountability that most public broadcasters are subject too [though we all realise that complete impartiality is impossible ... present company excepted CL!]. The current spate of docu-movies have a very specific agenda.

Still, I welcome them if they stimulate debate and get people doing some thinking and questioning.

Anyone seen "One Day in September" ... also excellent if somewhat disturbing.

One Day in September ........ I was in israel then - working on a Kibbutz .... how innocent I was then and believed the jews had sufered - now today I see jewish war planes bombing hospitals and power supplies........I see the jews with their nooklear bombs........ I see Zionist control of the worlds media......both my very political website have been taken down?

The Internet is undergoing attack -- many ISP's reporting unpresidented problems. Coincidence - I think not.

SEE No. 3

1. Exaltation to divine rank or stature; deification.
2. Elevation to a preeminent or transcendent position; glorification: “Many observers have tried to attribute Warhol's current apotheosis to the subversive power of artistic vision” (Michiko Kakutani).
3. An exalted or glorified example: Their leader was the apotheosis of courage.

Geeeesh! Sorry to have to get so personal but CL you are so immensely boring, monotonous and predictable.

You really are making Dave's blog quite a turn off for me (mission accomplished for you I guess?). There used to be some quite interesting conversations but I fear you're having the same effect on comments as you've had on your own blog.

You might be surprised to hear that I actually share some of your own political concerns and conspiricies. Sadly, you just haven't got the grasp of moderation, impartiality, reason or debate. All of which just makes you sound like a tiresome, hateful, paranoid lunatic.

I need a break from you so it looks like you'll just have to talk to Dave & Dinsy whilst I go and find some other places to thrash ideas around with.
