Hurricane Rita

Two out the five most intense hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic Basin and they occur within the past three weeks? Rita is stronger, more powerful than Katrina. The pressure has fallen below 900 mb, and only 4 hurricanes have ever reached the "sacred" ground of sub 900 millibars. The lower the pressure the more powerful the hurricane.
